This Terms of Service is for The Relocationist

Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by The Relocationist, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Services

The Relocationist provides travel consulting services, including but not limited to itinerary planning, destination recommendations, travel booking assistance, and travel advice. The scope of services and pricing details will be discussed and agreed upon between The Relocationist and the client.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information about their travel preferences, budget, and any specific requirements or limitations.
Review and approve all travel plans, itineraries, and bookings before finalizing them.
Be responsible for complying with all travel requirements, including passport validity, visa applications, and any health or safety regulations.
Notify The Relocationist of any changes or updates regarding the travel plans as soon as possible.

Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our services will be discussed and agreed upon with the client. It may include consultation fees, travel agency fees, or any additional services requested by the client. Payment terms and methods will also be agreed upon and communicated to the client.

Cancellations and Refunds

If the client wishes to cancel or modify travel plans, they must notify The Relocationist within a reasonable time frame. Cancellation or modification fees may apply based on the circumstances and the policies of travel providers. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to our refund policy.

Travel Bookings and Services

The Relocationist may assist in making travel bookings, such as flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other related services. It is important to note that we act as an intermediary and rely on third-party travel providers. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any issues, delays, cancellations, or changes that may occur with these services. Any complaints or claims should be directed to the respective travel providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Relocationist shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or any issues or incidents related to travel bookings or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Relocationist and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or any breach of these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by The Relocationist, including travel itineraries, recommendations, and advice, are the intellectual property of The Relocationist. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our prior written consent.

Modification of Terms

The Relocationist reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Canada.
